To respond to enquiries, deliver services, improve our website, send communications you requested, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies keep the site functional. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and session recording (Hotjar / Contentsquare) are used only with your consent. You can accept, reject, or customize categories via the cookie banner. Non-EEA visitors may receive a simplified default unless they opt out.

Processing is based on consent (marketing/analytics cookies), contract performance (responding to your requests), and legitimate interests (site security and aggregated analytics where permitted).
5. Third-party services
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags, Hotjar (Contentsquare) session analytics, email delivery (SMTP/SendGrid), and scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly). Each provider processes data under their own terms and our data processing agreements where required.

Contact enquiries are retained as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Analytics logs are aggregated; raw page-view events are stored with hashed IPs and purged per our retention policy.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site data or using browser controls.
